At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects and lighting components. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your authorized return authorization form.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your delicate lamp parts, glass shades, or hardware in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
